What they say:
Cabin in London is a new concept bar opening at Waterloo Station’s new balcony at the end of July. Inspired by the atmosphere of train stations and the famous Orient Express, Cabin is here to put the romance back into travel. Created by Corney and Barrow this new bar will have excellent food and a large selection of drinks and cocktails but wine is Cabin’s speciality with a clear focus on the tasty grape juices that they serve by the glass from an Enomatic wine machine. Cabin bar in London intends to give you the First Class treatment, wherever you’re travelling.
What we say:
Escape from the crowds and queues at Waterloo Station and join Cabin for a relaxing time. A glass of good wine in one hand and a fork in the other while having a watchful eye on your train departue; such a great way to start any trip. They serve excellent modern European dishes like English Chorizo & Fennel Sausage Rolls with Green tomato chutney, and some sweet Cabin Cup Cakes like the Toffee apple treat (Apple sponge, apple pieces caramel icing & toffee shards). Not only do they offer good food in a nice atmosphere, drinks are firmly on the menu to inspire. From carefully selected wines to inventive cocktails such as the Dark & Stormy Cabin (an icy highball of dark rum and ginger beer) or the All Aboard Fruit Fizz (Grand Marnier and pomegranate juice, combined with ice and topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne); whatever brings you aboard, Cabin London is there to ensure the journey is a good one.
