Agnar Sverrisson and Xavier Rousse, the brains behind the Michelin starred restaurant TEXTURE, have opened their latest venture, this time into the world of wine. 28-50 Wine Workshop & Kitchen occupies a site on Mayfair’s glamorous Maddox Street and features a 90-cover bar and restaurant, split over two floors and decked out in reclaimed timber, soft leather upholstery as well as marble and bespoke tiling. Offering an ever changing French Bistro food menu, as well as 30 wines available by the glass, this already one of Mayfair's most sophisticated hotspots.
