The talented team is passionate about creating a great lounge bar experience through impeccable service, generous hospitality, and expert knowledge. There is a delicious bar menu, alongside a cocktail menu that offers a journey from early signature classics through to modern mixology, as well as delicious infusions and table theatre cocktails.

The New York Bar provides the perfect setting for luxury date nights, after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails, and laid-back lunch meetings. The bar menu - filled with a variety of tantalizing light bites, indulgent sandwiches, and comfort food specialities - offers the perfect accompaniment, whatever the occasion may be.

Live Music at The New York Bar (from 6th March 2025)

Experience the enchanting, melodies of Sourya, our resident singer at The New York Bar. Enjoy a selection of cover songs, spanning decades ranging from R&B and Pop to Soul. Enjoy an evening full of delightful music amidst a lively atmosphere.

The Rubens at the Palace originates from the 1700s, playing temporary home to debutantes, Royals and footmen alike, so there’s plenty of history to soak in while you enjoy the decorated surroundings of the New York Bar.

Located opposite Buckingham Palace, one of London's most iconic landmarks, enjoy inspired Royal cocktails accompanied by a selection of small plates including Salt and Vinegar Cod Bites, Nduja & Manchego Sausage Roll, Buttermilk Chicken Tenders and Tindle Chicken Bao Buns. Step into the world of royalty and nobility at the stunning The Rubens at the Palace, just a stone’s throw from Buckingham Palace. The Gin Experience is offered in The New York Bar.

During your experience, the resident mixologist will take you on a journey of discovery and you’ll be tasting three sensational gins from dry, to citrus to spiced varieties, accompanied by complimentary tonic water pairings.
