The Fellow

Starters include crispy south coast squid and pork and fennel scotch egg, while mains span elevated favourites like seitan Wellington with wild mushroom duxelle and 21 day-aged Herefordshire rump of beef. As for the trimmings? Double-egg Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower puree, honey glazed carrots and rosemary roast potatoes.

On the first floor of the Grade I-listed St Pancras station is The Betjeman Arms, where British favourites done great are the name of the game - including on Sundays. There's a grand terrace overlooking the Eurostar platform, as well as charming interiors.

Not only that, but Sunday lunches here span roast loin of south coast pork, dry-aged sirloin of Owton's beef, Norfolk chicken with pork, apricot and chestnut stuffing, or all three meats in a trio. There's also a tasty plant-based nut roast. Plates come with Yorkshire pudding, roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, honey-roast carrots, buttered leeks, hispi cabbage, peas and gravy.

Booking Office 1869

A reimagining of the station's original, 19th century ticket hall, Booking Office 1869 feels like another world without having to leave London. Created by celebrated French designer Hugo Toro is this Victorian-style winter garden with influences from Europe, reflecting St. Pancras International.

For a sophisticated Sunday roast, head here and feast on 30-day dry-aged sirloin with horseradish cream, free-range chicken alongside a good dollop of sourdough bread sauce, and wild mushroom and seed pudding with black garlic and caramelised onion gravy. All are served with braised red cabbage, roast potato, carrots, parsnips and a Yorkshire pudding.
