Looking for a way to boss lock down? How about 24 hours of The Boss? Known for their legendary club nights across the UK, Hungry Heart has taken their Bruce Springsteen obsession viral with a new event. Inspired by the singer's own extended live sets, founder Hannah Summers and her husband are going without sleep and spinning Springsteen's back catalogue from morning til you're dancing in the dark.
Taking place on the 2nd of May, the music marathon is not just a celebration of the New Jersey-born singer's works, it's also aiming to raise £10,000 for UK charities including the likes of Hospice UK, Aged UK, Childline, Barts Trust and Trussel Trust. Join the duo as they spin live from their decks (complete with a haze machine and disco balls) as - over the course of 24 hours - viewers will be able to donate to request songs, tune in for specific sets (including a family hour), and even put in marriage proposals. Sounds like the glory days to us.
Hungry Heart's 24-Hour Springsteen-athon is taking place on Saturday 2nd of May 2020; more details can be found here.
