The Best Christmas Pizza In London
Pizza Pilgrims
Pizza Pilgrims' famously plentiful Christmas menu is back. Available throughout December, their nutty reigning champion, It's a Wonderful Slice, boasts a creamy white base topped with mortadella ham slices, fior de latte and blanched pistachios, with the ever-so festive cherry on top: a heavenly dollop of pistachio and lemon-infused cream and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Oh, and we almost forgot to mention that for dessert they've upgraded their famous tiramisu to the Terrymisu by melting Terry's chocolate orange and combining it with with espresso-soaked Savoiardi biscuits. Yum, yum and did we mention yum?
Bunga Bunga
This is your sign to rally your mates and book in for an unforgettably bonkers Christmas meal with a Bunga Bunga twist. The Bunga’s Buon Natale includes incredible performances, festive bangers, boozy Bacardi cocktails and a menu featuring a metre-long pizza flurried with roast turkey, pigs-in-blankets, mozzarella and tomato sauce - the perfect seasonal spin on a traditional December dining experience.
A full-on night of entertainment at Bunga Bunga: Christmas Lunch Live Show, including dinner and entertainment, ranges between £45 to £55. Our winter motto? Eat, drink, sing and repeat.
Ask Italian
Meatballs are the stars of the Prima Pizza Natale pie at Ask Italian. Topped with pulled turkey, pancetta, chestnuts, brussels sprouts, balsamic onions and sage and onion meatballs, this dough of legends is like having a literal Christmas roast on a pizza.
P.S. For a sweet ending, don't forget to nibble on the oh-so-delicious cinnamon swirl, a frosting-topped twist on our favourite Italian dumplings which you can devour as part of its festive three courses for £27.50.
Mamma Dough
With eateries across the city from South Norwood to Peckham, Mamma Dough holds a slice monopoly over the capital and is amping things up for Christmastime with pizza-making classes and set menus (for £26 per person) featuring a festive-topped, cheesy delight.
The Festive Feast Pizza features fresh sourdough from a wood-fired oven complete with tomato, mozzarella, pigs in blankets, turkey ham and Brussel sprouts. Need we say more?
Purezza
Even if you're not vegan, it's ridiculously easy to fall in love with Purezza's plant-based eats. This year, the bright and airy Camden-based joint are rustling up two courses for £22.95 and three for £27.95, featuring the indulgent Christmas Calzone.
Inside? Sgaia 'chicken roast', cheddar, sage stuffing, roast potatoes and a smoky jelly, served with a gravy dipping pot. Don't leave without dessert either - our eyes are on the mince pie doughballs with custard.
