Boo-hoo, the summer might be nearly over but that doesn’t mean we should be crying just yet. Change comes with a new season and, in a city like London, a new season brings more food. So this Autumn, get your tums ready for a new, City Centre traffic-free arcade that’s open seven days a week and features ten culinary heavyweights.
The Bloomberg Arcade is curated by food critic Richard Vines (of Bloomberg fame, naturally), and has some of the capital’s favourite big bites joining the Square Mile project. Expect to see names like Bleecker, the burger champions, as well as a new addition of Soho noodle bar Koya and brunch haven Caravan. There’s also the newest creation from the people behind Gymkhana and Hoppers, called Brigadiers, which offers barbecue Indian food. And with it being open seven days a week, the poor bankers of Square Mile can finally get some good food while counting their coins on a Sunday (I have no idea how banking works...).
Bloomberg Arcade will open in Square Mile in the Autumn.
