You better be-leaf it, Londoners will now be able to sip botanical cocktails at the city’s first living, breathing bar. Opening just in time for spring, the Living Bar is a floral haven providing a unique experience for those dropping into the Bourne & Hollingsworth Garden Room.
The bar’s crack team of gardeners have been busy growing a range of herbs and botanicals, which will give guests the opportunity to hand-pick their choice of infused ingredients and bespoke garnishes. These will then be whipped up by the bar’s expert mixologists to enjoy while immersed in the florally-adorned rooftop haven. Fancy a little extra something? The boxes of fruit lining the venue add even more flavour to the interactive menu, just go and choose your own.

The Bourne & Hollingsworth Garden Room is located on the 10th Floor, Above Assembly Hotel, 27-31 Charing Cross Road, WC2H 0LS. It’s open Monday to Thursday 7am - midnight, Friday and Saturday 7am - 1am (Last entry at 11pm), and Sunday 7am - 11:30pm.
