You can now get your fix of ethical eats and conscious fashion thanks to Buck Street Market, a multi-level shopping den, food hall and rooftop oasis in Camden. Created with sustainability at its core, the quirky development is made up of 88 recycled shipping containers. Inside, you'll find three rotating community-driven stalls and a number of eco-friendly retailers selling vintage clothes, artisan jewellery and more. But it's not just the guilt-free retail therapy that'll draw you in.
The colourful emporium also houses a whopping 25 food vendors, including Magic Falafel, Fire Flatbreads, Quinoa Arepa and Wildflower, a zero-waste fine dining restaurant. The icing on the cake? Their pretty-as-a-picture millennial pink rooftop is the largest of its kind in the area, touting floral decorations and two bars pouring up craft brews and cocktails. There's even a big screen showing everything from sports fixtures and festivals to talks and more.
Buck Street Market is located on 180-188 Camden High Street, NW1 and is open from 11am until 11pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Searching for more green spots around town? Check out our sustainable guide to London, here.
