Craft breweries, gourmet street food and live music; what more could you want?
Some much-needed Christmas joy is coming to Camden this December in the form of a socially distanced German food and drink festival.
Kicking off from Friday 4th December - perfect for those post-lockdown celebrations - Camden Winter Beer Hall is taking over the iconic Electric Ballroom and playing host to five independent UK breweries. Expect a hoppy range of craft ales, milk stouts and sour fruit beers, as well as mulled wine and cider. Gourmet Bavarian street food vendor Brat Bros will be providing first-class chomps for those of you in need of a refuel. On the menu? Classics such as bratwurst, veganwurst and freshly-baked pretzels take prime position, whilst churros are available for a sweet hit.
The venue will undergo a festive transformation with yuletide decorations adding an extra dose of cheer, along with a live drum and brass group performing a medley of party renditions and holiday bangers. But das not all. There'll also be a line-up of DJ collectives, including guilty pleasure pros Club de Fromage. The icing on the (Christmas) cake? The brew fest is welcoming you and your bubble for just £15 each.
Camden Winter Beer Hall will be running from the 4th December until February 2021. Sessions are taking place every Friday and Saturday from 5:30pm to 10pm and on Saturday from midday until 4pm. If lockdown is extended, dates can be changed.
