Wednesday 27th August sees the return of National Burger day. In celebration Shortlist's Mr Hyde has teamed up with some of the city's top cabbies to host the UK's first CAR-B-Q! That's right, cooking up juicy burgers from the red hot grills of London's taxicabs! There'll also be beverages to wash down all that 'Car-grilled' meat from top names including Meantime Brewery. Oh and did we mention this is all taking place at the iconic site of Battersea Power Station?!
Well it beats your usual BBQ doesn't it?
Mr Hyde have also managed to persuade many of London's top Burger joints to knock 20% off their delicious patties all day on the 27th in celebration of the wonder that is the Burger! If that's enough, the Power of Summer, are screening classic films at Battersea Power Station all summer and the 27th happens to be cult classic Fight Club.
