Buone notizie for foodies... another giant marketplace is set to open in London this month. Following successful ventures across the States and worldwide in Munich, Tokyo and Moscow, advocates of authentic Italian cuisine, Eataly, are finally coming to the UK.
The Broadgate site is set to have 42,000 square feet of vendors, giving you the chance to eat your weight in pasta, scoff arancini and guzzle all the limoncello you can stomach. We're talking three restaurants, two outdoor terraces, 12 retailers, a wine shop, cookery school and more. That's not all though... cured meats, cheese, olive oil, panettone, coffee, ciabatta, ravioli and gelato will all be up for grabs in the grand market setting.
Fancy cooking up an Italian festa at home? Eataly will be hosting cooking classes to get stuck into, as well as housing an epic wine collection to round off the perfect meal. Should all that shopping leave you weary, the bar and restaurant will be on-hand with light refreshments made from in-store ingredients (giving you plenty of inspo for when you get home).
Eataly London opens on 29th April at 135 Bishopsgate, Spitalfields, London EC2M 3YD.
