The capital's biggest indoor winter event, Kingdom of Winter, is coming to ExCeL London this Christmas. 

Across a staggering 21,332 square metres, Kingdom of Winter promises a unique seasonal day out - no matter the weather. The alpine-inspired shopping village provides a traditional Christmas market experience, while the exciting festive circus offers something brand new. The thrill seeking doesn't stop here, since there are a range of fairground rides to try out, including the extreme 'ice jet force', though there are some milder options too.

Of course, no winter wonderland is complete without a skating rink - and did we mention the Instagrammable immersive ice trail? You'll have to wear lots of layers for this one, but it's sure to be worth it. What's more, you can always warm up after with a hot chocolate or mulled wine at one of the multi-storey alpine chalets. Alongside this, expect two separate food and drink villages delving out an array of festive bites, from sweet treats to hearty meals.
