Handmade dumplings, spicy chicken wings and slow-cooked pork buns are amongst the many dishes to choose from, all of which go hand in hand with the new selection of cocktails on offer. If you’re after a heady drink to wash down your food, you can’t go wrong with Lucky Number 8. It’s spiked with Absinthe and comes presented with a neat staircase of freshly sliced apple.
