Whether you like your Marg a little salty, on the sweeter side or taco flavoured, Cantina Laredo has you covered. Yep, that's right. In celebration of National Margarita Day, the Covent Garden restaurant is fusing Mexico’s iconic dish - tacos al pastor - with the beloved margarita.
The Squealer-ITA is a lip-smacking combination of gammon-infused Reposado tequila, pineapple, guajillo chilli and lime. A central Mexican signature, tacos al pastor are filled with pork belly, so naturally, this crafty concoction is finished with a pork crackling and salt rim before being topped with a miniature taco. What more could you want?
