If you've put your plans for 2020 on hold, it's time to hit 'go' as the brains behind Vault Festival bring London's first socially distant immersive event this autumn. Known for their incredible theatrics and jaw-dropping set design, the team have turned their minds to the new way of entertainment, coming up with One Night Records - a look at rock 'n' roll through the ages.
Taking place in a secret location, the event is centred around the foot-stomping music of the 1950s back to the 1920s, with ticket holders discovering each decade as they journey through a labyrinth of rooms, emulating the feel of a record shop. Tickets are capped at four people per group, who will then party to the likes of Scott Joplin, Chuck Berry, and Billie Holiday - ensuring they're wearing facemasks and using the hand sanitiser that's dotted around the event. Hungry? David Wright - a former Baker of the Year - will be providing nosh in drive-thru style. And with the event running from October to late December, sounds like 2020 might not be such a write-off after all...
One Night Records is taking place in a secret London location, from 2nd October - 30th December 2020, tickets cost £202 for four people. Can't wait until then? Check out our virtual immersive events.
