Another year, another heatwave. Our remedy once BST hits? Rooftops, beer gardens, and terraces all day every day. It seems like the guys behind French liqueur brand St-Germain agree, as they've set up shop at Pan Pacific London for a summer residence that combines leafy decor with a quality menu.
Providing respite from the bustle of Liverpool Street, Terrace On The Plaza sees the hotel's outdoor area transformed into a relaxing space. Joining award-winning cocktail bar Silverleaf and Singaporean restaurant Straits Kitchen, this is the latest string in Pan Pacific's bow.
Drinks-wise, there's St-Germain staples like the elderflower spritz and hugo spritz alongside sparkling wines and frozen cocktails. As for food, our favourites were the Boston lobster roll and vegan laksa which paired brown rice vermicelli with tofu puffs in a coconut milk and soy broth.
Time to level up your after-work drinks.
