Ever the budding entrepeneur, our dearest Branson has always been one for firsts. Not wanting to be pipped to the post by other pop-up restaurants in London, he put his airline talents to good use once more. Boasting the first ever airport pop-up restaurant this August, Heathrow looks set to have one of our favourite Peruvian haunts in its midst for a six day stint of renowned treats and classic dishes.
Joined by none other than infamous Soho restaurant Ceviche, Heathrow's Upper Class guests travelling through the Virgin Atantic Clubhouse get to savour a unique selection of Peruvian dishes between August 12th-16th this summer. And whilst getting sozzled on your flight, especially in Upper Class, is considered a no-no, you might want to give Ceviche's Drunk Scallops a whirl. An infectiously tasty blend of scallops, Pisco and pomegranate, this classic Ceviche dish will be setting up regular flyers good and proper.
