The cocktail list is just as enticing as the views here - whether you're in the mood for a floral Roku gin cordial with green tea soda or a vermouth rose and pear grappa concoction - all of which come in at £16 or less. Each of their cocktails is themed around something important in the local history and community, such as London Wildlife Trust-inspired Bloom or Phytology, which takes its name from the Bethnal Green Nature reserve. You can even take gin-heavy drinks masterclasses here, led by expert Kristian Smith.

And if you're feeling peckish? The PocketSquare Skyline bar menu is also serving up small plates like sweet and sour Sicilian roast vegetables or marinated olives, alongside loaded flatbreads for bigger bites. Be sure to head there between Sunday and Wednesday from 5 to 8pm too, as they're offering two-for-one drinks in their happy hour.
