Move over turkey, because 2024 is the year of the Christmas pudding. First, it was Quality Street introducing new foil wrappers, and now, Poppies Fish & Chips have announced a deep-fried take on a classic.
Battered Christmas puddings served with a scoop of vanilla gelato will be up for grabs from the 16th to the 29th of December for £8.95 at the Soho restaurant. Previous years have seen everything from mince pies to Ferrero Rocher being given the chip shop treatment, but now it's time for you to get a taste of the pastry-filled fave.
