Fresh from dominating Paris' bar scene and a stint of collaborations with London's heavy hitters like Nightjar and Opium, Sassy Cidre is setting up shop at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel for a floral summer sesh. Enter through a doorway adorned in flowers, as apple trees line the bar and ivy sweeps the interior. Take a seat at the foyer bar and admire the magnificent pink blossom tree as you sip an extra sassy cider.
With a focus on quality, hand-crafted cider, Sassy Cidre was founded with the determination to modernise the traditional product and make it cool again. You can choose from cocktails including the French Negroni and Summer Spritz, or try a signature Cidre Rose. If that's not enough, hit up a cocktail masterclass and sign up for a workshop; from flower arranging to yoga. Who said cherry blossom season was over?
Find the Sassy Cidre Pop-Up at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Kings Cross, NW1 2AR. Open Tuesdays to Saturdays, 4pm - 10pm from 1st June to 31st August. Entrance is free.
