Fancy trying exclusive tasting menus from some of London’s best eateries, such as Frenchie, Polpo and Legare? Then hold on to your hats, people. Savour is heading to the beaut gardens of The Royal Hospital Chelsea for an alfresco food festival, bringing with them cool pop-up restaurants, tipi bars and a range of live music acts from the 30th to the 31st of July.
Setting up shop in the leafy grounds of the historic site, this two-day fiesta will see some of the UK’s top chefs each rustling up a £3 signature dish. Wolf down as many as you like, then vote for your favourite at the end. Alongside this, there will be unique cooking demonstrations (from the likes of Thomas Straker, Philli Armitage and more), plus lots of giveaways and sampling stands.
If that wasn't enough, then get a load of this: there's going to be beautifully prepared shellfish from Tidal Rum's oyster shack and even a bloody mary bus. You can also expect plenty of live music and DJ sets to soundtrack the event. So, after you've had your fill of delish eats, grab yourself a cocktail, craft beer or artisan spirit from one of the many bars and have a boogie in the sunshine.
