There's no situation in the world that can't be made better with a Negroni. Going for pre-dinner drinks? Might get a Negroni. Having a relaxing night in? Could do with a nice Negroni. About to start the morning commute? Just time for a quick Negroni. Now your week is about to improve tenfold as Campari UK are bringing a you a installation that will let you drink a Negroni inside a Negroni.
Popping up just off Brick Lane from the 18th to the 30th of September, 'The Mostra' is a 3D structure designed by abstract artist Mark McClure. Inspired by the jewelled patterns that occur when light hits the cocktail, the cubist design will leave visitors with the feeling of being inside the cocktail itself. As for the cocktails themselves, alongside the classic Negroni, you can also sample the Campari G&T and a Negroni Sbagliato - lose the gin, replace with Prosecco.
For the real Campari nuts, The Mostra will be hosting a series of masterclasses on crafting the perfect cocktail, as well as Q&As with Mark McClure himself, as well as other designers and design specialists.
Campari Creates: The Mostra runs from 12pm - 10pm until the 30th September (12pm - 9pm on Friday 21st of September). You can find it on Dray Walk, Shoreditch, London E1 6QR. The bar is free to enter, but talks and masterclasses will need to be booked in advance.
