Tesco might be better known for bargain meal deals and lucrative club card points, but this December they’re looking to add another string to their bow - immersive dining.
Yes, you read that right, the supermarket giant is hosting a two-night Covent Garden supper club, and from what we know so far? It's going to be pretty spectacular.
Taking diners on a journey back to the 1900s when Tesco was but a mere Hackney market stall, this 11-course feast will travel through ten decades of Christmas dinners, decorations and dance-tunes, culminating with a dish of the future. Created by food historian Tasha Marks and a team of Flavourology chefs, each course will reflect key trends of its decade, while swirling projections, music and lights will alter the environment to suit.
Priced at just £19.19, with every penny going to charity, even the most miserable of misers would struggle to get Scroogey about this one. After all, they do say every little helps...
Tesco's Feast Of The Century will take place on Wednesday 4th, and Thursday 5th of December between 6:30pm and 11pm. Located at White Space, Great Newport Street (WC2H 7JB), tickets are £19.19 and are available to purchase here.
