The Beer Boutique will once again be opening its doors after shop hours for another exciting beer tasting session. The Only Way Is IPA will take attendees through both modern and more traditional approaches to India Pale Ale - from the supercharged mega-hopped American versions of today to the more traditional British brewed IPA's of old. As well as being taught a little about the history of India Pale Ale as a style, beer experts will also take you through how beer is brewed more generally - from "mashing in" to "conditioning" and perhaps shed a little light on why India Pale Ale has recently become such a huge trend in London and the rest of the UK. Tickets are a wallet friendly £15 and the evening will commence at 8pm lasting for about 90 minutes or so.
