There's going to be a brave new world down Haggerston way this spring, in fact, there's going to be a couple if the mysterious Dream Corporation have anything to do with it.
Opening inside an unexceptional railway arch, Otherworld is one of the most expansive VR experiences the capital as ever seen. Boasting fourteen 'immersion rooms', the venue will be opening up sixteen different virtual worlds, where you can fight zombies, blow up robots and even climb Mount Everest, and it won't just be seeing that's believing as the pods bring an assault on all the senses.
To keep you refreshed and replenished between this inter-dimensional journeys, Otherworld will have food by pan-Pacific kitchen, Lords of Poké, alongside a great bar selection of craft beers, small-batch spirits and a cocktail menu befitting the venue.
There will also be a First Class Lounge for those who want a slightly more intimate drinking and dining experience - a 12-capacity private space with 360-degree art projections, table service and a self-serve beer tap pouring out with Otherworld house lager.
Otherworld opens in spring 2019 at 336 Acton Mews, London, E8 4EA.
