A new multi-purpose space is opening in the former BBC White City Location. W12 Studios will be launched in February, and is a space for emerging creators to showcase their talent across food, drink and music.
Partnering with Feast-It, W12 Studios will have two rotating kitchens to ensure there’s always delicious food to be had. Cue Point, a multi-sensory barbecue experience from chef Joshua Moroney (formerly of Smokestak) will be kicking things off. Alongside this will be The Piadina Project, serving up authentic street food and flatbreads packed with crispy chicken, hash browns and prosciutto, straight from Romagnola. Following them will be Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen serving West African delicacies, with a surprise second kitchen yet to be announced.
W12 Studios will also boast a long bar area, with a constantly-changing roster of the city’s finest craft brewers, distilleries and wine merchants, including The East London Liquor Company. Furthermore, they’re providing a space for emerging musicians to perform. With the promise of soul sessions, live shows, club nights, open mic nights and disco brunches on a rolling basis, it seems like the former BBC site is cementing its place as one of London’s hottest locations.
W12 Studios opens on the 7th February at White City Place, 195 Wood Lane, W12 7TU. Opening times are Monday – Wednesday: 12pm - 10pm, Thursday 12pm – 12am, Friday – Saturday: 12pm - 2am.
