The team behind the world famous Galvin at Windows restaurant doff their cap to London's many food-enthusiasts on a budget, serving their Michelin starred 5-course dinner at a price decided the the customer. The restaurant breathes new life into this stunning deal with an update menu, as it remains firmly committed to its principle of offering stunning food at accessible prices.
As part of a social experiment, the menu was originally created to find out exactly how generous Londoners were when it came to paying the bill. And having been pleasantly surprised by the results, Chris and Jeff Galvin - the men behind the Galvin Group franchise - have decided to reintroduce the menu for a second year.
Based on the 28th floor of the Hilton Park Lane building, the restaurant's endless views are served alongside exquisite dishes. The dinner includes the of Isle of Wight tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella and pain d'épice, Suffolk pork belly, and Cornish mackerel with smoked brandade. Bursting with flavour, things are neatly rounded off with aged Comté cheese, chutney, and Valrhone chocolate fondant with nougat parfait and orange ice cream.
Galvin at Windows is based on the 28th floor at the Hilton Park Lane. Dinner must be booked 2 days in advance and can only cater for 4 people per booking.
