Its founder, Nathanael Williams, is behind Jumbi in Peckham and Moko in Tottenham so he knows how to facilitate a great party programme. On the lineup, you'll find events showcasing the best of house and techno music, curated exhibitions that double up as BBQs in the summer, and plenty of techno after-parties; it's the place to head for an all-day and all-night bash 'til 4am.

And when you're thirsty, you can tip back a cocktail or two from the beautiful drinking den upstairs - we recommend the lemon and butterscotch-flavoured Joan Crawford, or the Marlon Brando for something a little spicy.

The holiest of matrimonies between food and drink, Blues Kitchen is a movement taking London by storm where the flavours of the American Deep South are racked up alongside a live stage of entertainment across Shoreditch, Camden and Brixton. Bringing a slice of Cuban coolness to Kings Road, Embargo Republica is one of the best places for clubbing in London. Expect to find a lively blend of musical styles and genres while exploring the quirky location, which boasts vintage furnishings and an Instagram-worthy rooftop terrace. There's even a swish bar oozing Miami South Beach vibes called Little Havana to get excited about too, offering twists on classic drinks like a coconut and watermelon margarita. This sprawling venue is channelling Brooklyn vibes with its urban interiors and effortlessly cool vibe on Leonard Street in Shoreditch. The former Victorian warehouse stretches across two floors, showcasing local DJs while serving up delicious cocktails and beers on tap, as well as £5 pizzas every weekday 'til 8pm. From dedicated RnB evenings and tipples for a fiver from 5pm to hip-hop-fuelled Fridays and hilarious weekend drag brunches, The Book Club can do it all.

The Cause will be the reason you're out 'til late, and it clearly knows it given its name. It hasn't been a straightforward ride for this haunt though, as it ran for three years since opening in 2018 before relocating to the Docklands and setting up camp permanently in an old Guinness and Tetley factory. There's nothing shiny or OTT about this haunt, as it's 100% grassroots and comes from the brains behind hi-fi haunt and restaurant The Marquee Moon as well as top bar All My Friends. You'll find a courtyard outside where you can catch DJ sets, as well as inside spaces featuring incredible sound systems all complete with a DIY, down-to-earth feel. 

HERE At Outernet can be found right next to Tottenham Court Road, existing as one of London's most technologically advanced event spaces, with jaw-dropping design and 360-degree screens. 2000 party-goers can flock through its doors to catch some of the coolest DJ talents in live music, and it offers an experience like no other thanks to its immersive capabilities. Playing host to a wide range of nights from electronic symphonies to throw-back club nights, this electric nightclub is one of Central's finest. 

Tropix is a fun party bar and club, located in Clapham, serving up exotic cocktails and reggaeton beats. Gather your mates and hit up the themed lounge (think plush velvet seating and leafy wallpaper) for a few fruity rum punches before heading to the dancefloor for a night spent shimmying to live DJ sets. The best dance clubs in London? Well, you could certainly shake some moves here if its famous Deptford Northern Soul Club every third Friday of the month is anything to go by. Spread across five different floors and situated in Hackney, Metropolis offers everything you need for fun clubbing. Enjoy live gigs, delicious drinks, launch parties, shows and plenty more across the different stories, with an inclusive atmosphere throughout the venue. Throughout the week it's predominantly a strip club, then come Saturday its club nights reign supreme - the queer-friendly bar throws it back to the carefree 70s and 80s 'til 4am at its disco event.

The place that has birthed the biggest retro clubbing culture London has ever seen, this is Infernos. Legendary for throwing some ultimate cheese-fest parties, it's no wonder this Clapham institution is one of the best nightclubs in London for students, with its boy band moves and Spice Girl tributes across two carpeted floors. You might even know it for being a favourite of Margot Robbie's back in the day. Expect private karaoke rooms, podiums to dance on and balloon drops at midnight, making for the ultimate throwback extravaganza.

Situated in the heart of Soho, The Arts Theatre Club is a cracking place for your night-out antics. Open until 3am almost every day, the venue boasts Prohibition vibes with dimly lit candles and a vintage piano doubling as a DJ booth. It's housed in what was once the playground to notorious London gangsters the Krays and is steeped in history. This sophisticated destination is open to everyone, but if you want to feel a little bit special then the annual £100 membership fee is well worth it for the exclusive perks provided to you and your guests.

Le Fez may be the answer to all your nightclub prayers - it's a fun, French-inspired Putney destination offering a plethora of live entertainment, from DJ sets to burlesque stars. With its plush velvet interiors, hanging florals and uber-cool feel, this is one memorable place for a night out, split into two areas: Le Club (light up dancefloors, chandeliers, you name it) and Le Jardin (basically a fairy wonderland). And for all of you who love to party until dawn, this place is even open until 4am Monday to Saturday, and 'til 2am on Sundays.

Renowned as one of the top clubs in London, Fabric is the place to go for late-night partying. Not only is it a hub for electronic music but it's also a record label and online shop. Founded in 1999 by Keith Reilly and Cameron Leslie, it has three separate rooms with independent sound systems, with Room One featuring 400 bass transducers emitting frequencies to create an immersive dancing experience. It hosts an eclectic lineup of events throughout the week, spanning the likes of house, techno and disco, with nights typically starting at 11pm from Friday to Sunday. Expect collaborations with Boiler Room, Waterworks afterparties and more. 

One of the best nightclubs in London has to be Drumsheds from the same team that brought you Printworks in London and Depot Mayfield in Manchester. It's an incredible, multi-level and multi-room venue that once belonged to an IKEA and now holds up to 15000 clubbers. At its core, it's a cultural hub run by charity Nine Point Eight that fosters local art and hosts epic gigs by the likes of Fat Boy Slim, The Chemical Brothers and more. Just hop off the line at Tottenham Hale and make your way over to the spacious warehouse for a very good time. 

Narrowing down your search for the best club in London? Make your way over to this Old Street gem located on Cowper Street where you'll find two rooms hosting some of the top dance music about. Room One is where you'll find live shows, and Room Two is home to a full wall of Funktion One speakers. And if you're in need of a little cosy time out? There's a cushioned room for that too. 

Omeara is an all-inclusive venue in London Bridge that supports up-and-coming talent, headline shows and DJ nights in its 320-capacity space. It's overseen by Ben Lovett of Mumford & Sons in collaboration with record label Communion, and makes a great night out with friends. Quirky and cool, its ceilings are low, exposed brickwork dominates the space and there's a cool, gothic feel to the detailing in the arches. Featuring clubbing events and late-night libations, the hotspot also has a rooftop if you fancy hitting up the space for post-dancing tipples.

FOLD is one of those clubs in East London that's community-driven and artist-led, renting its studio spaces out during the week to those wishing to create and experiment with their craft. It's a short walk from Canning Town station and was founded by Shapes owner Lasha Jorjoliani and Seb Glover; boasting a 24-hour license and a 500-capacity space decked out with a Funktion One sound system, it's the ultimate place to go partying. With Danny L Harle playing sets and marathon parties, it's hard to resist checking out.

Dalston Superstore is at the beating queer heart of East London, hosting some of the most raucous nights on the scene. It's easy to spot as you wander up Kingsland High Street as there's usually a queue of glamourous people waiting to get in and enjoy sets from some of the city's top DJs. It's been functioning as a queer club, cabaret spot and cafe ever since it opened its doors in 2009 and continues to evolve as a party paradise, offering a gateway into a hedonistic world. You'll find all your favourite spirits, beers and soft drinks on the menu here too, alongside nights like Homodrop, pride bashes and more. 

When you think of the best gay bars and clubs in London, Heaven always springs to mind. In collaboration with G-A-Y, this huge venue has a capacity for almost 2000 people, maintaining its reputation of inclusivity and cracking nights out over the years. It's been around for over 40 of them; set up by Jeremy Norman, it took over a former roller disco and transformed the space into a party den for the disco-hungry gays of the city and, as a result, has had a major influence in the development of the LGBTQIA+ scene in London.
