Comedy Night is back! Join on the 9th May for another night of laughs Downstairs at The Department Store in Brixton. Doors will be at 8pm, performance will start at 8.30pm and run until 11pm. Please feel free to head Upstairs after to carry on the night, where there will be a DJ on until 1am. Everyone Welcome!

Robin Clyfan (MC): Robin is a comedian, writer and presenter. His playful, improvised style creates a stimulating and accessible atmosphere. He’s performed to hundreds of thousands of people from the Tate Modern to Parliament Square, and many festival main stages including Glastonbury. His collaborators span from Jarvis Cocker to Alastair Campbell in a gloriously funny & heddy mix.


Huge Davies: Combining his confident on stage presence, dark humour, surreal material and one-of-kind customised keyboard, Huge has quickly risen to become one the most memorable and hilarious acts in the UK. Huge appears on television frequently, including his own Channel 4 sitcom ‘The Artists’ which he created, wrote and starred in. Other television appearances include 8 Out Out 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), Roast Battle (Comedy Central), Jools Holland at the Albert Hall (Sky Arts), Hypothetical (Dave), Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club (ITV1), Live at the Comedy Store (Comedy Central), Harry Hill’s Clubnite (Channel 4), Comedians Giving Lectures (Dave) Comedy AllStars Supershow (ABC) & The Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2). He is a regular guest on the BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show and has appeared on The Off Menu Podcast.


Cecily Hitchcock: Cecily Hitchcock is a comedy siren, crowd enchantress & heckler annihilator. Her unique mix of outlandish anecdotes and off-beat observations have gained traction both online and on stage. Her sketches stand up videos have amassed over 12 million views on social media and has been featured on Ladbible, The Sidemen & Brewdog.


Toussaint Douglass: Multi-talented award-winning comedian and writer, Toussaint Douglass, is one of comedy’s most exciting and talked about names and is making serious waves across the industry. Harnessing his neurodivergence his innovative brand of oddball comedy mixes the personal with the political whilst adding a uniquely absurdist slant to brilliant comic effect making it accessible for all.
