We invite you to immerse yourself in a “sweet” experience as we explore the rich flavors of panettone, perfectly paired with exquisite wines.

In the spirit of the holidays and tradition, we believe that the sweetness of panettone is beautifully enhanced when paired with carefully selected wines—from sparkling to sweet, and red to white.
This festive season, Badiani brings the finest Italian panettone, pandoro, and more to our Panettone & Wine Experience. Known for excellence, Badiani and their award-winning maestro Paolo Pomposi will delight your taste buds with traditional Italian treats crafted to perfection.

Panettone Selection

1. Panettone Classico
This artisanally crafted panettone is slowly proved to achieve a light and fluffy texture. Made with fresh butter, it’s generously filled with sustainably sourced candied fruits and raisins, making it a festive favorite for family feasting and holiday gatherings. Pair it with gelato for a truly delightful treat.

2. Panettone Dark Chocolate
For those who prefer a chocolatey indulgence, this panettone is rich with dark chocolate chips, offering a delicious twist on the traditional recipe. It’s the perfect choice for chocolate lovers looking to satisfy their sweet cravings during the holidays.

3. Pandoro
Known for its soft, airy texture, Pandoro is shaped like a star, making it as visually appealing as it is delicious. Enjoy it dusted with powdered sugar, served alongside our signature Buontalenti gelato, and drizzled with Paolo Pomposi pistachio sauce for a festive finish.

Wine Pairings from BeBeMe

To complement these delectable panettones, we have selected a variety of wines:

  • Moscato D'Asti: This sweet sparkling white wine, made from the Moscato bianco grape in the province of Asti, is low in alcohol and considered a perfect dessert wine.

  • Grillodoro: A rare and unique sweet wine from Sicily, produced in limited quantities. Its rich flavor profile is sure to enhance your tasting experience.

  • Recioto della Valpolicella: A sweet red wine made from dried passito grapes in the Veneto region. Its intensely flavored profile pairs wonderfully with local pastries and chocolate desserts.

And for an exciting twist, we will also reveal a “Mystery Wine” during the evening!
