The Postal Museum and Mail Rail offer truly extraordinary venue spaces, perfect for private hire parties, special occasions, and intimate receptions. The venue is highly adaptable and can accommodate a variety of types of events. There are two spaces within the museum - Mail Rail and The Courtyard.

The Mail Rail comprises of a captivating blank canvas space, set in a historical building with countless inspiring architectural features, including vaulted brick arches and railway influences.

Highly adaptable, the venue has the capacity for 275 standing and 150 seated and can be used for:

  • Dinners, parties and receptions
  • Product launches and award ceremonies
  • Networking and breakfast briefings
  • Fashion shows
  • Filming and photography

The Courtyard is a versatile and contemporary event space and is the perfect venue for any networking events, receptions or even BBQ events.

In addition to the museum gallery and exhibition venue, our sunny courtyard features a beautiful thematic living plant wall that will be the perfect backdrop for any event!

Available to hire for up to 140 people, the contemporary event space is perfect for cocktail receptions, summer parties and laid back BBQs.

The impressive, industrial blank canvas space has countless inspiring architectural features including vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. Highly adaptable it can be hired for product launches, award ceremonies, corporate events and gala dinners.

The unique 275-capacity venue also provides guests with an exclusive opportunity to enhance their event experience with an underground miniature train ride through the secret 100-year-old Mail Rail tunnels.
