E&C for a hands-on pickling workshop that will
leave you full of knowledge—and pickles! Whether you're a foodie or
just love experimenting in the kitchen, this event is the perfect
way to discover the delicious and healthy world of
pickling.
The workshop kicks off with a fascinating overview of the history of pickling, followed by an in-depth, interactive lesson on how to pickle your own ingredients. You'll learn the secrets of this age-old technique, pick up tips on what to look out for during the process, and then get hands-on with your own pickling project. Whatever you pickle during the class is yours to take home, along with a jar of Sylt’s nutrient-rich pickling liquid of your choice.
To keep you fuelled throughout the session, we’ll provide bottomless pickles and snacks, including freshly baked focaccia and breads by Tom the Baker, served with Sylt Pickling’s own products.
