flavours of Malaysian cuisine, learning to prepare two delicious
seafood dishes:
Kerabu Salad with Grilled Fish: A refreshing
and aromatic Malaysian salad with grilled fish, topped with a zesty
dressing, fresh herbs, and crispy shallots.
Malaysian Seafood Curry with Rice: A rich and
fragrant seafood curry, cooked with the finest Malaysian spices and
served with fragrant rice.
Celebrate the season with fresh, spring-inspired dishes that
bring a taste of Malaysia to your kitchen. Enjoy your creations at
the end of the class!
