Description
A No-BS Hands-On AI Workshop
For HR & Recruitment Leaders
AI’s the hottest buzzword since “cultural fit”. And while it is dominating all HR & Talent conversations today, it's a minefield of potential and pitfalls. These considerations are important, but they've become our excuses for inaction. The more we talk, the less we seem to do. We're caught in a loop of endless discussions, each new challenge becoming another link in the chain that's keeping us from moving forward.
And most AI events? They're not helping. They're either too technical to understand or too vague to be useful. You leave with more questions than answers, and a sneaking suspicion that "AI" might just stand for "Ain't Implemented.". The chains of indecision growing heavier.
We're moving beyond endless discussions. It's time to take that crucial first step in your AI journey, before your chatbot decides to take it for you.
Here's what we're going to do:
Amidst the chaos and conflicting pool of opinions, we're going to teach you how to find the most valuable Talent AI use case in a day.
There's no point in embarking on an AI journey just because everyone else is doing it.
We need to cut through the hype and figure out whether this is going to save us £3 or £30,000 - or better yet, generate £300,000 in value. It's about identifying the use case that truly transforms your Talent function.
But we're not stopping there. We'll also show you the ropes on how to expand that use case to create a real, working prototype in a matter of days.
This isn't just theory – it's practical, actionable knowledge that you can apply immediately in your organization.
What You'll Get:
Framework & Tools Learn how to identify the most valuable AI use cases
across all HR functions in your company. It's the foundation of our AI
