Description
A monthly series of evening sessions of yoga and sound with practitioners from Fire + Alchemy.
Each session will start with a yoga flow, allowing you to shake off the stresses of the day and connect with the body in the present moment. You’ll then be guided through some journaling prompts, focused on a special theme each month. The session will end with a rejuvenating sound bath to help seal in all your intentions.
Everyone is welcome. The event is beginner-friendly and requires no prior yoga experience. This workshop is no suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
About the practitioners
Lydia is a London-based yoga, breath and meditation teacher.
Lydia has a passion for movement and using it to go behind the
physical and to delve deeper into the Self. She has a passion for
nature and our relation to it.
Phoebe is a gong practitioner and a lifelong lover of music and sound. She will take you on an immersive and transformative journey with the healing frequencies of her gongs. She studied with the College of Sound Healing.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
