Join Lydia and Phoebe
on a Monday evening each month in one of the iconic rooms within
the walls of RSA House.
To mark international Women's Day, we'll be hosting a special
edition of our yoga, journaling, and gong bath, guiding attendees
to connect to their personal power. This year's theme for IWD is
'Accelerate Action' and we believe that by empowering ourselves, we
can use that power to lift others.
Each session will start with a yoga flow, allowing you to shake off the stresses of the day and connect with the body in the present moment. You’ll then be guided through some journaling prompts focused on a special theme each month. The session will end with a rejuvenating sound bath to help seal in all your intentions.
Everyone is welcome. The event is beginner-friendly and requires no prior yoga experience. This workshop is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
About the practitioners
Lydia is a London-based yoga, breath and meditation teacher.
Lydia has a passion for movement and using it to go behind the
physical and to delve deeper into the Self. She has a passion for
nature and our relation to it.
Phoebe is a gong practitioner and a lifelong lover of music and sound. She will take you on an immersive and transformative journey with the healing frequencies of her gongs. She studied with the College of Sound Healing.

RSA House has been home to the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce) and its 30,000 strong fellowship since 1774 as well as some of the greatest thinkers and social activists of the past 200 years. Some notable names of past and present fellows you might recognise include Charles Dickens, Dame Judi Dench, Sir David Attenborough and Professor Steven Hawking.
The Coffee House is open to the public Mon-Fri from 8:30am. We host ticketed event throughout the house regularly and there is something for everyone. Everyone is welcome.

Very enjoyable and the teaching is very helpful and encouraging. Great model who can strike some interesting poses and hold them. I’m a beginner and find it very helpful as do far more experienced people.
