Stripped back, Scandi-inspired chic with plenty of natural light. Inspired by minimalist Scandinavian design - complete with a polished concrete floor, white walls and super clean lines - Upstairs at Carousel space is a light and airy room with windows on two sides, a hand made feature table as its centrepiece and access to the leafy, south-facing “Garden”.

Seasonal, locally sourced and above all delicious, we’ve built our reputation on the food and drink we serve at Carousel. Head chef Ollie Templeton (ex-Moro) loves to get creative. The result? Imaginative, restaurant-quality food, created with your event in mind. Add to that bespoke wines chosen by our sommelier Matt Varona and cocktails designed by our in-house mixologists and you have a rounded offering that’s all about providing an experience to remember (depending on how many Negronis you get through).
