Join us for an exciting evening of plant-based cooking with Gigi Grassia, renowned content creator, personal trainer, plant-based nutritionist, and author of Plant Protein. In this live cooking demonstration, Gigi will showcase two dishes from her debut cookbook – a Meatball Sub and Smoked Tofu Carbonara.

- Ticket Price: £22 or £29 (includes a glass of wine)
The event will start with a brief welcome speech, followed by a demonstration of the first dish. You’ll have the chance to enjoy the dish and ask questions. After a short break, Gigi will demonstrate the second dish, with another tasting and Q&A session to follow.
To wrap up the evening, Gigi will be signing copies of her cookbook.
