Join us for a relaxing and joyful Puppy Yoga class on Sunday, 19th January at Mercato Mayfair, in collaboration with Take a Paws. This unique class combines a gentle slow flow yoga practice with the adorable presence of playful puppies, providing the perfect environment to unwind, de-stress, and boost your mood.
We’re excited to offer three sessions throughout the day:
Each session will be limited to 15-20 participants, so you’ll have plenty of time to connect with the puppies, play, and enjoy the calming yoga flow, guided by our experienced instructor. Whether you’re a yoga beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class is for everyone.
Tickets are £38 per person and include access to the class, plus the opportunity to enjoy some puppy cuddles and playtime. Muudy is also kindly sponsoring the event so you'll receive a complimentary all-natural, hydration drink. You can also purchase a ticket that includes a coffee and pastry from one of our fantastic vendors, adding a little treat to your experience.
