Description
The Lion and Lamb, tucked away down a side street a few minutes walk from Shoreditch and Hoxton Square, is a traditional pub with a not so traditional secret. The pub actually houses an art gallery. The all white art space features around 10 different artist exhibitions each year and is centred around painting. Exhibitions can range from solo efforts to group projects and every year sees two annual events the Summer Saloon show in July and a Christmas exhibition in December. Various contemporary artists have exhibited there work at The Lion and Lamb and the gallery remains a great place to peruse the art works and chat to other art lovers while sipping on a cool drink.
