Culinary Consultant Sabrina Gidda has created a special brunch menu with a Parisian flair with favourites including: Croque Madame: Grilled cheese, fennel salami & fried egg, Croissant French Toast: Maple, berries & crème Chantilly, BAM Hash: Confit duck, crispy potatoes, poached egg & hollandaise sauce or opt for the BAM Fried Chicken & Potato Waffle: Hot honey & butter.
BAM Brunch offers both free-flowing prosecco packages and non free-flowing packages with the option to purchase additional drinks:
- 90 minute free-flowing champagne brunch with live entertainment, followed by 2 hours of karaoke = £94 per person
- 90 minute free-flowing prosecco brunch with live entertainment, followed by 2 hours of karaoke = £59 per person
- Non free-flowing brunch with live entertainment, followed by 2 hours of karaoke = £39 per person.

Really enjoyable experience. The food was tasty. They add a service charge for the full cost of the brunch at the end which they don't tell you about. -
