We Brits love it so much, in fact, that according to a 2024 YouGov study, more than 51% of the UK claimed it was their favourite food. But it comes as no surprise really; combining fresh ingredients with handed-down family recipes, regions like Tuscany, Rome, Sicily and more have perfected the art of seriously good food.

That's right, we've rounded up the best Italian bottomless brunches London has to offer, so you can enjoy everything from lasagne and free-flowing bubbles at Michelin-recommended Norma to endless pasta and pizza with unlimited cocktails at Piazza Italiana, and so much more.

1. Bocconcino - Mayfair and Soho

The first Bocconcino opened in Mayfair in 2013, serving authentic Italian food in a sophisticated space, before launching its sister site in Soho. Both restaurants are highly regarded as some of the best Italian restaurants in the city, and they are totally gorgeous too - think a luxury spin on rustic trattorias, featuring plush velvet seating, ornate wooden tables and eye-catching light fixtures. Even better? Both venues host Italian bottomless brunches every Saturday.

Bocconcino Mayfair's Ciao Bottomless Brunch showcases a fantastic range of antipasti to share, such as a selection of fine Italian cured meats and beef carpaccio. As for mains, dig into homemade pasta with ricotta and truffle, beef steak and so much more, all washed down with 90 minutes of unlimited prosecco, Champagne or Aperol spritzes.

2. La Nonna - Brixton

La Nonna, hands down, serves one of the best pasta bottomless brunches in London. Located in Brixton Market, this is a big favourite of ours; not only is the space trendy and casual with an open kitchen, but it rustles up a mouthwatering menu inspired by one of the founders' Nonna and her Roman-style family recipes.

You'll be treated to a range of delicious staters to share, including focaccia, pasta fritta and stracciatella, before digging into a pasta of your choice. There's plenty to choose from, including a stunning carbonara (which we've had an embarrassing amount of times), pappardelle with short rib and shin of beef ragu, mafalde in a silky mushroom sauce topped with an egg yolk, and so much more (including regularly changing specials). Pair it with 90 minutes of bottomless prosecco and you're in for a treat.

  • When: Saturdays at either 1.30pm or 3.30pm

3. Norma - Fitzrovia

Bringing Sicilian style to Fitzrovia, Norma has gained quite the reputation for its noteworthy Italian menu, including a mention from the Michelin Guide. The restaurant is a true beauty, inspired by its Moorish roots, featuring Moroccan tiles and warm terracotta tones, making it a stylish and intimate place to dine.

Norma's Bottomless Brunch

Head here on Saturdays for a taste of true Italian hospitality in the form of a delicious two-course Italian brunch. Choose from a range of snacks and small plates to start, such as homemade focaccia and Sicilian caponata, before chowing down on one of their pasta plates; choose between pasta alla norma, courgette spaghetti with lemon, pecorino and oregano, indulgent beef lasagne or aubergine parmigiana. Drinks-wise, enjoy bottomless prosecco or, for £10 extra, unlimited Aperol spritzes, seasonal bellinis and mimosas.

  • Where: 8 Charlotte St., Fitzrovia, W1T 2LS
  • When: Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm

Led by Sicilian chef Remo Mazzucato, Piazza Italiana is a chic celebration of fine Italian dining. You'll find the suave space within a Grade II-listed building, retaining many of its original features from 1902, including the tall, ornate ceilings and huge light-loving windows that look out onto the City.

Piazza Italiana's Bottomless Brunch

Perfect for those with big appetites, this one includes bottomless food. You'll kick off with a starter of your choice, which varies from truffle arancini to seabass carpaccio, sipping your bottomless bubbles or cocktails as you go. Then, it's time to loosen those belt buckles, as the unlimited pasta and pizza won't stop coming, with the option to mix and match the two.

Dishes include orzo with tiger prawns, baked cheesy fregola pasta with guanciale, mafalda corta with bolognese and more. You're not short of pizza options either - we recommend the spicy salami or mushroom and truffle-topped slices. For drinks, you can expect prosecco, bellinis and Aperol spritzes.
