London has finally been blessed with some sunshine this summer invoking a mass descent on BBQ retailers and butchers all across the capital. Yes yes, many a low-grade sausage will fall victim, burned in the hysteria for a charcoal flavoured supper in the sun, with little but tepid tinnies to wash them down with.
Who will save us from ourselves this summer? When all we can really be trusted to do is kick back and enjoy the work of those more capable than us for food and libations? Thank goodness then that the Disappearing Dining Club have once again emerged from the shadows and are up to their old tricks at the heights of trendy Shoreditch in East London.
This latest rooftop pop up bar comes fully equipped with a bar that's well stocked with cocktails (and those more than capable of serving them), a BBQ serving delights such as grilled prawn skewers and lamb cutlets, and even live entertainment with the sweet sounds of a Ukulele band. It's the ultimate summer BBQ and rooftop picnic on the 20th and 27th of July, so grab a blanket and leave the poor old sausages in the fridge for a full night of fun indulgence courtesy of the Disappearing Dining Club.
