Bodo's Schloss will add another impressive feather to its cap this summer, with the launch of a brand new dedicated restaurant area. The Alpine-themed hangout in Kensington has its quirky apres ski furnishings, tongue-in-cheek cocktails and lively DJ nights to thank for attracting such a vibrant crowd already; and the new dining area will take things to another level.
Acclaimed chef Jordan Sempler (formerly of The Lanesborough and 1 Lombard Street) is the architect behind the menu, which will feature a strong range of lighter dishes including Crab, Orange & Shaved Fennel Salad as well as Asparagus, Pea & Marcarpone Risotto. Guests will be able to pair their food with equally compelling cocktails; with certain concoctions coming to the table served up in ski boots!
There's extra reason to drop by mid-week, when guests of Fondue Wednesdays will enjoy cheese and chocolate fondues alongside live music from The London Essentials. Everything can be enjoyed against the backdrop of a striking interior; with red and white gingham check tablecloths and reclaimed wood at every turn.
Bodo's Schloss will launch a new and improved restaurant concept this Summer at its Kensington High Street HQ.
