Bombay Sapphire's Imaginarium is a pop-up experience that champions the creative and the audacious. Acclaimed bartenders Rich Woods and Sean Ware will converge at the award-winning Callooh Callay for a weeklong residency; designed to inspire those present to be more creative in their cocktail choices both at the bar and when experimenting at home.
One for those who dare to be different, Imaginarium will run for one week only in Shoreditch.
The residency will feature a cocktail bar filled with innovative concoctions conjured up by Rich Woods – recently crowned Bombay Sapphire’s 'World’s Most Imaginative Bartender' – including his show-stopping ‘Blue Cheese and Chocolate Martini’ as well as a healthy spread of imaginative twists on the classics.
What’s more, visitors will have the chance to book a place at a series of intimate cocktail masterclasses. Bombay Sapphire brand ambassador Sean Ware will be on hand to take guests on an immersive tour of ten essential ingredients, before teaching everyone how to make killer cocktails in the comfort of their own home. These classes are free of charge but you will need to book in advance!
The Bombay Sapphire Imaginarium Pop-Up will run between 19th – 24th May from 6pm at Callooh Callay, EC2A 3AY.
