2013 seems to be the year of the craft beer as one of London's most famous brewers hosts a three day celebration in its honour. Brewfest takes place at The Old Brewery in Greenwich on July 31st, August 3rd and August 4th offering the perfect setting for what is sure to be a gathering of esteemed beer appreciators from all over the world.
The Old Brewery Pub shares its space with the working Meantime Brewery to this day.
On the grounds of The Old Naval College where Meantime beers are still produced visitors will be treated to no less than three different bars representing craft beer from the UK, America and Europe with over 100 different varieties made available. Thank God then that Meantime have brought in their very on beer sommeliers to help you through your choices including Jack Stones, the UK's youngest beer sommelier.
With delicious food and hopefully the perfect weather to match the scene Brewfest should prove to be a fitting celebration for London's favourite tipple this summer!
