Gin-based pop-ups are certainly all the rage at the moment. Here’s another fantastic one-off experience to whet your whistle in anticipation of the sixth annual World Gin Day on Saturday 14th June.
Tanqueray Tones are staging a musical and theatrical experience that will take revellers on an immersive journey that brings the history of the UK’s favourite spirit to life. Taking place at Fitzrovia’s The Lucky Pig tomorrow (5th June), the pop-up will give London’s gin enthusiasts the chance to enjoy intimate tasting sessions courtesy of a collection of the capital’s top mixologists.
There will be a total of four indulgent Tanqueray cocktails to sample - each carefully crafted to mark a key moment in gin’s history - and they’ll be available to sample up until World Gin Day. A unique, vintage-styled jazz band will be on call to deliver a special song documenting the spirits journey too, and there will be vintage hairstylists, old-school barbers and a shoe-shine specialist to add a final dose of authenticity to the historic theme.
Tanqueray Gin's pop-up launches tomorrow (5th June) at The Lucky Pig, Fitzrovia, W1 6BB. Tickets are priced at £10.
