Clock House Tavern

Nestled in Peckham, Clock House Tavern is a stunning pub that boasts a bright and airy atmosphere, featuring hanging greenery, rich forest green interiors, and inviting contemporary lighting.

Spanning two delightful floors, it offers a fantastic Sunday menu that lures in hungry visitors with its mouthwatering roasts. Indulge in dishes like crispy lamb belly, hearty vegetarian Wellingtons, and finish off with a delectable cherry Bakewell topped with creamy crème fraîche.

The Old Nun's Head

This family friendly pub is a renowned gastro pub in the area. The Old Nun's Head is set in a large, historic building right near Peckham Rye Station. The wood paneling, fire place and cosy atmosphere make it a popular location for a family meal, a Sunday roast or even a private party. Their claim? To be the Ryan Gosling of pubs of course.

Earl of Derby

Restored Victorian pub Earl of Derby is a charming joint of open fires, wooden panels and a striking bar, all with the friendly local vibes to match. Found between New Cross and Peckham, the boozer makes sure you've got tunes on the jukebox throughout the week - plus live DJs on Fridays and Saturdays. Food comes in the form of pies, roasts, sausage and mash and more from Gengelly's, a kitchen named after head chefs George Genn and Laurence Pengelly (formerly of Good as Gold in Brockley).

Watson's General Telegraph

Of course, by 'Pubs in Peckham', we mean Pubs in Peckham and Dulwich. Sure, it's a little out of the way, but WGT is absolutely worth venturing further afield for. There's a vast selection of excellent beer, fantastic pub grub that caters for the carnivores and the vegans, a vinyl-only music policy and, to top it all off, one of the best beer gardens in the whole of south-east London.
