The Forest Tavern is a family friendly (and dog friendly) pub in the heart of Forest Gate, opposite the station. They have a rotating selection of local craft beers along with some great cask ales. We also have wide variety of wine and spirits to suit all occasions! 

Seasonal food menu is the heart of theirspacious dining room. On it you will see pub classics, like fish and chips, alongside bar snacks and small plates with a twist. They also feature a lunch menu from 12pm until 3pm if you are looking for something on the lighter. On Sundays, they have our generous roast dinners, with all the trimmings and plenty of gravy too.

All of this can be enjoyed both indoors or in one of two outdoor areas. The main garden has plenty of space to soak up the sun with friends and family while the covered heated area is ideal for those colder winter months.
